The Medallia LivingLens platform is available in several languages. Change the display language to your preferred language at any time.

For information about LivingLens Media Capture embeddable component internationalization, see Media Capture.

The LivingLens platform is available in the following languages:

  • English (default)

  • Spanish/Español

  • German/Deutsch

  • French/Français

  • Italian/Italiano

  • Portuguese/Português

When you set your preferred language, all text in the platform is localized with the following exceptions:

  • User-input text is not localized and appears as input by the user. This includes Media titles, descriptions, Tags, user-created Custom Filters, and their associated Custom Filters Analytics module charts.

  • Key Themes Analysis is only available on English transcription or English translations. These terms are not localized. See Key Themes Analysis.

  • Object Recognition terms are only available in English and are not localized. See Object Recognition.

Changing your language setting

  1. Sign in to your LivingLens account.

  2. Click the carrot menu and select My Account.

  3. From the Language menu, select your preferred language.

  4. Click Save.

The platform will now display in your chosen language with the exceptions listed above.

Login screen language selection

Select a language from the LivingLens login screen to view the screen in your preferred language. The platform also displays the chosen language for the duration of your session.

Selecting a language from the LivingLens login screen does not save the language setting to your account. To set your preferred language for the LivingLens platform, see Changing your language setting.
