Sentiment Analysis — uses Natural Language Processing on text transcripts to provide a sentiment score on a per minute basis and an aggregate overall score. Can only be applied to video and audio transcripts.
Key Themes Analysis — uses Natural Language Processing to identify key terms within a English text transcript. Can only be applied to video and audio transcripts.
Facial Emotion Analytics — identifies emotion from facial expressions in video. Can only be applied to video files.
Object Recognition — can identify 20,000+ objects to help provide context for feedback. Can only be applied to video and image files.
