Every showreel in a LivingLens channel has an owner. By default, the showreel owner is the person who created it. Only a showreel owner can edit the reel and generate it for download.
Showreel owners can transfer ownership to another Customer Admin, Channel Admin, or Pro user of a channel.
From the showreels tab, find the showreel to transfer to another user.
Click the Transfer Ownership button. It looks like a person.
In the Transfer Ownership modal that appears, start typing in three letters of the user's name or email. This will populate a list of channel users.
Select the user from the list.
Click confirm.
Note: You cannot transfer any showreel that is in Draft state, which means it has unsaved changes. You'll first need to click Edit, save or discard the changes, and then proceed to transfer the showreel following the steps above.
