Disconnect Zoom and LivingLens accounts

Role required: Customer Admin, Channel Admin, or Pro. See User roles.

Disconnect your LivingLens and Zoom accounts when you no longer need to import Zoom meetings to the LivingLens platform.

  1. Start from the LivingLens My Account page and click Disconnect Zoom Account. This automatically takes you to the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Find the Medallia LivingLens app from the list of apps on your Zoom account and click Uninstall.

  3. Select the reason you want to uninstall the app and click Uninstall.

  4. The Zoom banner on the My Account page in LivingLens returns to the default state and displays Connect Zoom Account. This means that your accounts are not connected.

  5. Zoom may send a confirmation email that you have uninstalled an app from your Zoom account.
