LivingLens supports the following file formats for upload to a LivingLens channel.

Supported Video formats

  • 3GP

  • AVI

  • DIVX

  • FLV

  • MKV

  • MOV (Please note that ProRes encoded MOV files are not supported)

  • MP4

  • MPEG

  • MPG

  • MTS

  • WEBM

  • WMV

Supported Audio formats

  • AAC

  • AIF

  • AIFF

  • FLAC

  • M4A

  • MP3

  • MP4

  • WAV

  • WMV

Supported Image formats

  • BMP

  • GIF

  • JPEG

  • JPG

  • PNG

  • PNG8

Supported subtitle formats

  • SRT

  • VTT

LivingLens can not convert media files to a supported format. Contact LivingLens Support via Medallia Knowledge Center for advice on how to manage file conversion.
